Our online shop garment prices include one standard chest logo. New-logo setup is separate at £20 + VAT per new logo/size. Additional logos, extra positions and large back designs cost extra.

We produce your agreed order. Your logo is prepared for the chosen garment and size, with the order details agreed before production. When you need more, ask us to match your previous order.
If you have an event or launch date, include it straight away. We check stock, artwork and production capacity before confirming what is possible.
Yes. The Thread Studio produces Embroidery in-house in Woolston, Southampton. The work shown on this page is our own, including the Patient & Family Support Hub, Holly Hill Pre-School and Wildecraft Coffee examples.
What clothing can you embroider?
We can help with suitable polos, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets and other team clothing. The best choice depends on the fabric, logo, size and position. Send your requirements and we will advise on suitable garments.
Can you use my existing logo?
Send the artwork file you have, even if you are unsure whether it is suitable. We review the detail and explain any preparation needed to turn it into a stitched design. New-logo setup is £20 + VAT per new logo/size.
Is there a minimum order?
Tell us the items and quantities you need, including whether this is a new uniform range or a repeat order. We will check the order requirements and costs for your chosen garments and branding before quoting.
Can I bring my own garments?
Please ask us before buying or bringing in clothing. We need to check the garments, fabric and proposed branding before confirming whether we can help and what the terms would be.
How quickly can you complete an order?
Include your required date in your enquiry. Timing depends on garment availability, artwork and production capacity. We will check these details before confirming a completion date.
How do we reorder uniform for a new starter?
Your logos are kept on file. If we have created an approved company, club or team kit page for you, find your kit page here.
Otherwise, request a repeat order with your business or team name, garments, quantities, sizes and required date. Add your previous order number if handy. We check availability, your previous branding and current prices, then confirm your quote.

Should I choose Embroidery or Printing?
Embroidery can work well for a stitched chest logo on suitable uniforms and outerwear. Printing may suit larger designs, very fine details or different fabrics. We will help you choose based on the artwork, garment and how the clothing will be used.
